Customer service transfers me to flaming bird, flaming bird transfers me to the deli, the deli transfers me to a line that just played music for 20 minutes. Edit: I went back the following day, and they gave me my rice and beans. The lady helping me was extremely friendly. It should be noted that, I didn't go back just for the rice and beans, but because the food is really good, and inexpensive, and I found myself wanting more despite my previous annoyance.
