- MHmelissa hernandez1 day ago1.0I really didn't want to leave this review. But I'm from san Antonio and have traveled to our other home in Reynosa for over 13 years. I'm a very loyal dutch bro customer and here in the 210 my local DB call me their Dutch Momma . I'm a diabetic and always order SUGAR FREE AND PROTEIN COFFEES. OR SUGAR FREE H2O. TODAY after a 2+ hour bridge wait we stopped for the $16 special. All drinks ordered and verified SF WITH PROTEIN. I checked again at the window and was told all SF . I CHECKED my Dexcom saying my glucose was at 121. I drank my coffee stopped at Walmart to fill up with gasoline and headed back to San Antonio. By the time was outside the valley my Dexcom was going off I was now at 288 and climbing. I had to stop give myself insulin and drink water to stop it from. Going higher. This is the 4th time this occurs with your location. This is people's lives you are trusted with. I'm driving with my kids in the car. You are putting us all and others lives in jeopardy. My SA location would Never do this . I'm very disappointed 😞

My only complaint is the rap music blaring outside while you are in line to get your coffee. Who wants to hear rap music in the morning?!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
