  The staff was unfriendly and unkind. I ordered the wrong flavor of soda by accident and they refused to give me the flavor i actually wanted.

  I had to wait 10+ minutes for my order of two chicken wraps. The food was only semi hot. This is the first time I had a bad experience at this location.

  Tried the Sonic Heat Smasher.(take-out) It was so thrown together and slathered with so much mayo that I couldn’t even pick it up to eat. My husband had the All American & it was the same way. French Fries were ice cold. We only live about 5 minutes from the Sonic. No excuse for employees not to put out a good product. I didn’t care for the Heat Smasher but that’s just my personal taste preference. Will be awhile till we visit Mineola Sonic again.
