  You would think that an online order would be easier to properly prepare, but I guess not. Just picked up my online order, trusted they’d got it right, and got home to see I had 3 missing items they didn’t forget to bill me for. Starting to see why Whataburger is losing customers.

  Fries with a side of glove. Find it hard to believe no one saw the blue piece of glove before closing the box. Then my order was wrong and I let the drive thru woman know and she made an ugly face.

  I'm absolutely and utterly shocked that a FAST food restaurant in todays era can operate as slowly, inefficient, and disorganized as this location does, especially for how long as it has remained in it's spot, with the very same factors I mentioned above. I am not a perfectionist, either.. far from it even, I perfectly understand what it's like to run behind or be stressed with volume and metrics, but there is no excuse. I ordered a simple whataburger, literally plain. It took 10 minutes of sitting just for them to handle one car so I could get up to the intercom, the drive thru employee was courteous so I'll give credit there.. They brought me my food 4 cars away from the window, 2 cars from the payment window, had nobody in said payment window, and they got sassy when they found I out that I recieved my food without being charged, luckily for them, I'm a good person and decided to stick around and pay for it. When all was said and done, I bit into my burger, and the bottom of the bun was charred black. I would not be shocked if this location is one of the worst in the franchise. Do business with them at your own risk cause the prices of their food and convenience don't justify the poor experience I just, and always have recieved.

  Whataburger on Main Street is the WORST! This place needs to hire people that are competent. I ordered four taquitos... egg, cheese and potato. When I got home, I had four taquitos... egg, cheese and sausage. Sausage and potato don't even sound the same! If you get a to-go order from this place, CHECK your order before you leave. I will guarantee that your order 9 out of 10 times will be wrong! I knew when I left this place, I should have checked my order because of past disappointments! Frustrating... wasted 16.00!
