  I went in there to order my usual and I overheard a employee by the name Jay (in which I heard someone call her) say out loud that my mom needs to do a better job of hiring people, because I don’t like nun of the new people. She said this to where I can hear that which is unprofessional so with that being said im certain her mom is the manager. They should train people the correct way to know that this is very inappropriate

  Terrible customer service. African American girl was working the window. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread but wanted to make it into a wrap. She said it comes on a flatbread. I told her I order this all the time. It's $1.00 upcharge in order to add. She yelled through the mic to drive to the window. She said well I'm new. No one taught me how to do that so you can get a flatbread or change the order. My husband didn't want anyone spitting in his food so he told me not to worry about it. I called and asked to speak to a manager. She didn't want to give me her name. The name she provided was Gabby. She wouldn't give me her managers name. This was the worst experience I ever had. She definitely needs more training. Horrible experience. I'll never return.

  The only thing that could use some improvement is the custom service. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me. It’s always nice when businesses acknowledge the client. Once standing at the counter not one of the 3 people who were working said hello nor said “we will be right with you”. I stood at the counter for about 5min with out anyone saying anything to me, even though 2 of the employees made eye contact with me. The smoothie itself is pretty good. I got the TX Rangers tropical one. Has pineapple, Coconut And banana. Not too sweet. Refreshing.
