  I come to this store weekly, the selection is pretty good, the staff on the other hand are always unfriendly and unhelpful, multiple times have I’ve been ignored and not greeted properly. They need to do better

  This store is not up to snuff. Their prices are higher than any other store around. Considerably higher. This is a brand new store but they have expired or near expired food everywhere. They have young kids that are supposed to working, running around in the isles pretending to work and can’t tell you were anything is. If seems as if there’s barely anyone who has previous work experience in the store. And the older lady at self check out hovers as I check out. I’m a 42 year old professional mind you. It’s just not worth it. Take the time and go to Kroger. By the time you finish dealing with this massive headache, proximity is no longer relevant.

  The customer service here is excellent. It's so refreshing to go into a grocery store and be acknowledged and assisted throughout my visits.

  My husband bought orange juice a few days ago without checking the use by date. A mistake on his part. Yesterday he poured us some of the orange juice for breakfast. It seemed okay but did taste different. I just wrote it off as being a brand I’ve never tried. Today, I was going to drink more but being pregnant I typically always check the sell/best by date to ensure freshness. Yesterday, I just assumed it was good since he had just bought it and opened it. I was taken aback when I found out the use by date was April 20, 2026. I am not sure how this was even on the shelves. Tom Thumb should hold themselves to a higher standard in quality control. We are very lucky that we have not shown any signs of sickness but me being pregnant this makes me extremely nervous over the situation and furious that expired items are on the shelves. Additionally, the produce has been lacking in quality. Some items are rotting on the shelves. I definitely think it depends on what day you are there. Some days we don’t have any issues finding fresh produce and other days we struggle to find what we need. Almost anything we buy goes bad almost instantly. We typically don’t have that issue shopping elsewhere. We got a membership at Tom thumb and have been excited to have a store right next to us. I am just super disappointed with the quality control we have seen. To top it off the prices are more expensive than most stores! You would expect a higher standard.

  What on earth is going on with their flower department? Photo 1 is what was paid for and ordered for a June 8th delivery, along with 4 balloons. It was not delivered until June 9th..and no knock or ring of the bell. (Don’t know how long they sat in 84 degrees on the porch!) The other photos are what was actually delivered. Cheap filler flowers and a few sickly lookin snapdragons..and only 1 balloon! My 4 year old could gave put flowers together better. What a disappointment. Not sure what Tom Thumb would be willing to do correct this. Phone call will be made. :(
