  Customer Service Appreciation I have been nothing but pleased with the customer service at Tom Thumb in Midlothian. I have a medical condition that requires my meat to be shaved very thin so that I can tolerate and eat it. The first person who helped me with this was Terry, and she did an amazing job. I know it takes extra time and patience, and Terry was willing to work with me to get the meat sliced to a thickness I could manage. Today, Terry was not there, but Brent and Brittany in the deli were incredibly patient and willing to take the time to figure out what I needed. I greatly appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you, Terry, Brent, and Brittany, for going above and beyond and for making my life just a little bit easier. Your patience and compassion mean more to me than you know.

  Brand new store everything looks nice and clean . The selection is limited. Looked for Goya products every store has a wide variety .of this brand . They had about 5 cans on the lowest shelf . The store is small looks crammed . I’m happy to have seen but sticking to the larger more variety in the area .

  CLEAN organized and friendly n helpful staff!! The bakery had gotten the date for pick up wrong. Fortunately, the manager was able to quickly rectify the situation and give me a discount. The cake could've looked a bit more presentable but it was ok. I added more fruit to it as I asked for little fruit on top knowing I had some at home.
