  My grandson placed an online order, he was notified it would be ready & order has been placed. When we got there we were told NO order had been received therefore no sandwich. We showed her the order showed placed AND it had been taken out of bank account. We were told since it wasn’t in their system no sandwich & we would NOT be charged. WRONG! The charge POSTED today, order was placed Sunday. We got NOTHING. I don’t understand how when we showed you on our phones order # AND charge against my debit card why we weren’t given a sandwich. You just lost our business for LIFE & we were regulars! Over $11.57 when we had PROOF of online order AND charge against our debit card😡. Now I’m going to dispute charge with my bank & NEVER return to ANY Subway in future!!

  This subway usually gets a bad rep from the locals, I had the same view until the manager made it right and every time I walk in there I am greeted and recognized as a regular. I am usually offered a free drink or cookie or even a bag of chips sometimes. I had submitted a mobile order for a steak sandwich and they were out of steak so they made it right and gave me a refund. It happened again a second time where they were out of steak and I didn’t know until I got there (they called me but I didn’t see it). The manager wasn’t present so the gentlemen working were unable to issue a refund at that time. I was told the manager would issue a refund once they came into the store. At a later date I contacted the store because I had not received any refund, lovely manager gave me a full refund and the sandwich I had originally ordered as well as chips and cookies all for free. Yes they messed up, but they made it right!!!
