  I had a completely unacceptable experience at this location. I went inside to pick up an order, and after waiting 15 minutes, I asked an employee about the status. I was told they were working on it. ​At the 25-minute mark, I spoke directly to the manager, who repeated the same line: "we're working on it." By the 35-minute mark—still with no food—I asked the manager again. When I questioned why the drive-thru line had been steadily moving for over 40 minutes while I was still waiting inside, she dismissively claimed that separate teams handle drive-thru and front counter orders. ​There was hardly any customers inside the store the entire time. ​Instead of taking accountability or showing any empathy, the manager responded with an attitude. After waiting almost 50 minutes for a basic order, I finally canceled it. I received no apology, no offer to make it right, and complete indifference from the staff. ​Avoid this location. Drive-thru is prioritized at the complete expense of walk-in customers, and management clearly does not care about customer service. I will not be returning. The managers on duty were Naomi and Tara.

  Currently waiting 45 minutes for my online order and asking Naomi and Tera the manager (sp) we had to cancel the order. They didn’t even pull the order or care. It’s rare we eat at this place and won’t be back. Why work somewhere if you’re that lazy

  Had a mobile order this morning and order the big breakfast with hotcakes. Got my food but I didn’t receive any syrup or utensils to eat with. Guess I’m gonna have dry hotcakes.

  Pulled up at 11pm but said they were closed… place closes at 12am lights through the drive through are on but no one says anything pulled up to the window and the girl cleaning said they are closed .. mind you it’s an hour before closing … had a late night working with the family business now my daughter can’t get a happy meal she’s been asking for all because people don’t know their work hours. I have to go to the next McDonalds that actually are open and worth driving to.

  i would rate this 0 if i could. i’ve been going to this mcdonald’s for 2 1/2 years since i moved here. i’ve never had a problem. i’ve had it delivered on multiple occasions. i had ordered on the app and had a mcdelivery. (due to not having a car at the house ). i was supposed to have my food around 2:12 pm. the first dasher was sitting at the restaurant for about 15 minutes. i’m guessing they canceled and we got a new dasher. the 2nd dasher waited about 5 minutes. when the food arrived, the fries were ice cold, soggy. the burgers were hard and cold, as well as the nuggets. they forgot the apple pies we ordered. the fries had to be sitting out for way to long for them to be that cold. normally i don’t write reviews, but this order really did it for us today. now it’s not doordash fault. because i would look on the app and see that they were at the restaurant waiting on the food. the food came about 45 minutes AFTER the delivery time. and for them to wait that long at the restaurant for food that was that cold, and disgusting is unacceptable. this is the only mcdonald’s close by. we are not very happy about this one. mcdonald’s do better.
