  We ordered food and sat there in the drive-through for 15 minutes only for them to tell us they are closed, even though the website says they’re open and they never said anything on the speakers as we sat there and waited horrible Customer Service The restaurant shouldn’t be accepting orders if they’re closed and they should change the hours of operation on the website

  Would leave 0 if I could. Onions and pickles on happy meal burger. 10 minutes waiting in an empty lobby before my order was taken. 2 employees I saw looked like their clothes haven't been washed in a month. Would not recommend in any capacity.

  McDonald's has really gone down hill over the years. The self serve kiosks are terrible. They take 4x the amount of time or more to order on vs just ordering from an employee up front. It's difficult to get an employee to help up front, they want you to muddle your way through the kiosks yourself instead of having any customer interaction. McDonald's also got rid of drink machines / condiments in the lobby, so you have to wait forever at the front desk for those things. Most of the food tastes the same as it has for the past 5 years or so, but they have gotten rid of some good food items like salads and wraps. The inside is clean and modern. There so no reason to go to McDonald's in 2026 unless there isn't a chick Fila in town, and you need the fastest food drive though.

  Waited for about 10 minutes in the drive thru only to find out that this place charges $.15 per ketchup packet charginge for 3 and only having 1 in my bag when I got home. Thanks McDonald.
