Teribble !!! You feel like an intruder!! People with refills standing there, waiting for it for the longest..at the drive true they give you a " your order?"..there is no welcome.to mc donalds at this place !

One of the worst experiences from any fast food restaurant. I went through the drive through and waited a long time before anyone came to the mic to take my order. I had to repeat myself multiple times because it seemed like he wasnt actually listening. Even worse he didnt give me a total just told me to drive to the next window. I asked the young lady at the next window for my total and she responded cash or card. Again, I asked if I could get my total first because it didnt come up on screen and I wasnt told. She completely ignored me and stuck the machine out the window for me to pay. To top it off when I get home one of the burgers was not wrapped. It disassembled and made a mess in the bag. This is not my first time having similar issues at this location, they are really slacking and it just seems like bunch of youngsters playing around and playing with the food. However, this was the last time I visit this location and I don't recommend anyone visit. There is a Wendy's, BK, Jack in the Box all within the same area, any would be a better alternative.

Food was not very good. Got a big Mac meal. The bread was stale and the fries were cold. I dont advise eating at this McDonalds.

I've been a regular user of the drive-through at this restaurant since it's close to home, but I've noticed some significant issues with the customer service. During my visits, I've encountered young staff members who seem overwhelmed, and one employee even told me that it's awful to work here.
Unfortunately, the service lacks the friendliness that one would expect at a restaurant. There’s little to no acknowledgment when I place my order—no greetings, no thanks for my order, and no wishes for a good day. I often feel rushed when receiving my food, and even simple items like a Coke seem to take longer than necessary.
In contrast to most restaurants today, which excel at customer service and often go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, this place clearly needs improvement. I believe a customer service training program could greatly benefit both the staff and the overall customer experience. These are kids who need taught a thing or two about customer service.
