- CPchristi piersonSep 10, 20261.0After seeing the $5.99 deal advertised. I went to this locations website to verify they were perticipating and it was still current. On thier website with todays hours under specials all of the 5.99 sandwhiches were listed. When I arrived I was told at the register that they no longer do this. Sincw I am not going to argue for food but not able to think anything other than false advertising yet able to give the benifit of doubt I called up there to ask that they correct thier website. The Manager said her owner had contacted Jimmy Johns website person and they just have not removed it yet. Passing the buck on accountability yet collecting and xtra $ 3.00 from every consumer lead in by false advertisment. For this reason I decided to call the corporate office and was told that thier Midlothian specifically was no longer advertising the special. Humm. I looked up again to see if it had just been taken down and nope under specials they are all still listed point being as a corporation false advertising get us on the door and multiplied by no telling how many sandwhiches as a corporation they get and extra $3.00 for does not sound like someone I want to do buisness with. How to argue with non-truth from the Corporate level down. It is just sad.

I will definitely be back after having gone to others throughout the country and having a less consistent experience.
