  Teens are extremely disrespectful and rude and don’t have manners , Later today I order a drink along with some other stuff and they over filled my drink and spilled most of it on the window and door of my car and didn’t even bother to say sorry at all .

  I have been eating at this Dairy Queen for over 5 years! I have to say that it is really sad this DQ is nothing but dirty! The young African American who I believe was the manager allowed my chicken to fall on the counter and then picked it up with her bare hands and put it back AS I WAS STANDING THERE WATCHING! She never came out to apologize!!! The cook was preparing my food with a hoodie on top of his head!!! Where is the owner and how can you sit back and let your store get into this kind of situation

  I went through the drive-through and they messed up my order and it was cold who wants cold chili cheese dogs, so I drove back around and sat through the drive-through for another 15 minutes got up to the window then they tried to park me when I told her I did not want to park because they messed up my order and I had already been waiting, she got upset and basically told me I needed to move so I told her to reimburse me. It was the young girl with the brown hair with short bangs and the brown sweater with a cross necklace on, and she then proceeded to reimburse me and take 10 minutes to reimburse my card and mocked me and basically was being very rude the whole time and refused to give her name and said they don’t have to give a name when once asked for it. this happened at 5:10 on Friday, April 17th. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and will not be going back, the management really needs to retrain the staff who doesn’t listen to the customers and treats them poorly when they mess up. Rude and disrespectful young lady.

  We went last night and got 2 large blizzards and as soon as we pulled up from the drive thru to the window they had our “blizzards” ready. Once we drove off we checked our watered down shakes with barely any cheesecake or strawberry pieces. I didn’t order a shake I ordered a blizzard. If he would have done his job correctly and turned down those “blizzards” all of it would have fell out. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this Dairy Queen and I won’t be coming back. (PS these employees at this location need to learn how to answer a phone.)

  Yesterday, Saturday, bit after 12:00 noon, walk in, no one working the counter, stand there for five minutes or so, two different teenagers see us from behind the counter, no words spoken, we leave. This is what happens when teenagers are allowed to run a business..
