  there was a employee this morning who handed me my drink and noticed there was a spider about to crawl into my car. he asked if i wanted him to take care of it, i said yes and he did. he didn't kill it either which was great. literally saved me from a future panic attack. 10/10 guy

  Every time I go through the drive through something in my order is always missing. If I get silverware, they forget my sauces or vice versa.

  I apologize for showing yo 10 minutes before closing. I had just gotten off work, but it was the closest things and most convenient place to go to. Plus we love chick fil a. As we walked in all the girls gave us attitude mean looks. The one guy I saw there was the friendliest and the only smile. We proceed to order. They come and inform me bathroom is closed. Ok, thank you! We get out order, I dont count how many fries im just handing food out as we are very hungry my nuggets are not there I go inside the girl who comes up to asks me whats wrong. I proce was d to tell her im missing a meal she asked me how many fries...I told her I didnt know she assures me its 3 because she bagged it herself, so I go back to the car and come back so that's when she proceeds to tell give me my missing item. Geez if you bagged it yourself why was I missing items? Seriously worst experience at any chick fil a. I wasnt looking to steal or take advantage of anyone just wanted my meal after a long day but yalls employees do not give good service please do better!

  This review is specifically for deliveries. My experience at the location is always 5 stars. Anytime I order delivery, I request that my order be handed off at the door, however, the delivery drivers continue to leave the food on the porch and leave with out ringing the doorbell or making any contact to hand-off my order. This is annoying and disrespectful. I pay a fee for delivery and I always tip my delivery driver but they continue to disregard my request to have my food and drink put in my hand rather than leaving it outside on the ground. They also often forget condiments requested with my order.

  The Worst experiencing I've ever had a chick fil a. Ordered a number one breakfast and they gave me the sourdough bread with eggs and grilled chicken. I came back to get the correct order.And the biscuit was completely different. It looked like it was drenched in butter because it was really crispy and the texture wasn't flaky like the typical chick fil a biscuit. I want to park in the parking lot adjacent to chick fil a but in the shopping center parking lot. One driver girl was looking at me weirdly from chick fil a. When she came back outside, she didn't know my windows were dumb, but she said who was that?She doesn't work here.We wouldn't hire her anyways. Keep in mind.It was a white girl saying , and i'm a black woman. Keep in mind, she didn't hear all of what I heard. My hearing is extreamly sharp and have numerous people say how did you here me from far away. She said it because she didnt think I would hear her. They lied and tried to cover it up. The fake niceness is very much there when they are on shift. The date was April 16,2026 and it was some time around 9 ish. Heavy set girl i. A blue shirt and another girl i. A sloppy unpolished bun. She was the one that gave me attitude because she completely left i. Her delivery vehicle. She was jist mad because she got caught.
