  I’ve been to this Arby’s a few times and the French Dip is my go to but tonight is the last time! I ordered the French Dip extra roast beef and that was it no drink no fries paid almost $10. The bread wasn’t the right bread that is normally used it and definitely did not have extra roast beef! Lady there told me that it was a new procedure and I asked her what that meant and she said they heat the meat and cheese together….???? Made no sense. On top of all of that the Au Jus dip was watered down with no taste! The lady then proceeded to slam the drive thru window in my face! If they keep doing this to people they are going to loose business they already lost mine!

  Employee who took my order was giving me and my fiance attitude. Kept staring and giving her looks, and accidentally dropped my drink. When I went and asked for another cup the cashier goes “seriously” and hands me the cup in a rude manner . 10/10 on the food first time having Arby’s but would not come back to this location at night around 10pm the employee was very rude. He also muttered something after the customers behind us decided not to order. I used to work for restaurant industry and as I recall I don’t remember saying anything or giving people rude manners or attitude.

  There is no greeting when you walk in. They now have 2 self ordering machines and still offer regular over the counter service. Establishment was pretty clean. Staff was good considering we only spoke when they gave us our food. The food was good. Only critique is that the jalapeño in the jalapeños cheese bites were kind of stale like… but overall decent food.

  Quick and good food for a last second meal. No complaints and will return once every decade.
