  Order food and waited 35 minutes then gave me the wrong order twice so in total 45 minutes wasted just for 2 chicken sandwiches. Totally the worse service ever. Over 12-15 employees including manager couldn’t do there jobs correctly

  Ordered door dash, sprite tasted like chemicals - no sweet flavor just plain carbonation. Burger was made wrong with green tomatoes and not even one ketchup was included.

  I had the peach refresher. Large, I was shocked at how small this drink was compared to their usual drink containers, and soooo expensive for the very small container. I was specifically asked which ketchup I wanted. I said both. I got none and no napkins, had to pull to the side and wait for my food. Was so disappointed. My large onion rings didn't fill the container.

  We usually don’t order from this Whataburger and I know why we don’t, we placed an order through the app and they use DoorDash well they kept pushing back the time and they switched drivers twice so the driver is god sent he stayed for so long waiting for our order and they ignored him and just let him wait knowing they had given my order to another dasher that never delivered we tried the help on the app but it was saying to contact Whataburger we tried calling like 4x and they never picked up my husband ended up going to the restaurant and they had to wait aswell and not even be acknowledged by employees they then had to just interrupt and ask for a manager one employee saying they’re in the back like if they couldn’t bother them, they told the manager and yet they still didn’t come out till time passed by they then said that we had to contact DoorDash or just pay again for a new order bc they weren’t gonna make it again. I understand the restaurant business I really do but this is just unacceptable not willing to come to a solution when no it’s not their fault but how is that also fair to us and the dasher he couldn’t complete the order and it would’ve affected his work, we tipped him 10$ I wish it was more but I highly recommended him he also left a comment on here shout out Charles bc he will def take care of your order he got it fixed in his end but we are still waiting to see if we will get a refund bc in the app it showed that the store had cancelled our order due to a technical problem I really don’t recommend this one at all the attitude the ignorance and the whole demeanor of these workers is horrible
