  Order a #2 with bacon Jalapenos n chz. Asked to add mayo n ketchup. Order comes up no mayo no ketchup. After I took 2 bites. Told the cashier. Takes burger n cones back n tells me we can give u a side of mayo n ketchup so I can put it yourself. I told him here just cancel n give me my money. I paid for a service I should get what I pay. Two female managers gang up on me. Instead of offering to redo the order they said u don’t want the mayo n ketchup on the side. I told them give me my money. Not eating what u want me to give me I ordered it a way I should get it Rude management

  Check your order before you leave. I mean everything—I’m always missing something from what I order, and today when I checked, the items were all there. The bad thing was that I didn’t open my burger until I got home, and they gave me one I didn’t order. Once again, I had to drive all the way back to get it exchanged. I understand that most of them are kids who don't care much, but they don't even apologize when they make you drive over 20 extra minutes just so you can get what you ordered and paid for.

  Not the best whataburger. Meat was cold after long wait and thr restrooms had literal crap spread ALL over the place. You might reconsider eating here.

  I went around 1_AM and the food was Cold!! And even the fries!!! & the drinks had no GAS!!! Seriously even the dude at the window was saying another order than mine ?? lol still charged me for ranch. SMH never going back to this place!! I felt sick after !! No lie I’m in the hospital, getting medicine.

  We NEVER get what we order. The receipt is correct most of the time, but if we say no onions or cheese, they load it up with onions and cheese. The last 2 burgers I got, the receipt said "no sauce" and they didn't even put mustard or mayonnaise. I told them I wanted mustard. I order chicken sandwich, they give me a hamburger. I order double meat and pay for it and they give me single. I don't know why we go back. Yes I do... The only reason is there isn't any other choices Southeast of town.
