I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the experience I had with Zoe, I felt like I absolutely had to. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Zoe reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like.
From the moment I walked in, she greeted everyone with such a warm, welcoming attitude. She wasn’t just doing her job—she made every customer feel noticed and appreciated. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, positive, and incredibly efficient. She handled multiple orders without ever seeming overwhelmed, and somehow still managed to smile, make conversation, and make every interaction feel personal.
What stood out the most was how much she genuinely seemed to care. She double-checked my order, made sure everything was correct, and even asked if I needed anything else before I left. It’s the little things like that that make a huge difference. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants every customer to leave happy.
I also noticed how respectful and helpful she was with her coworkers. Instead of only focusing on her own tasks, she was constantly helping wherever she was needed, keeping things moving, and creating a positive atmosphere. Employees like Zoe don’t just improve the customer experience—they make the workplace better for everyone around them.
I’ve been to plenty of Whataburger locations over the years, and I can honestly say Zoe provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere, not just at a fast-food restaurant. She represents the kind of employee every company hopes to find: hardworking, dependable, friendly, professional, and someone who clearly goes above and beyond what’s expected of her.
Managers, if you’re reading this, I hope you know what an incredible employee you have. People like Zoe are the reason customers come back. She deserves to be recognized for the effort she puts in every single day. Give her the appreciation she deserves because employees like this are rare.
She definitely deserves a raise. Matter of fact… forget the raise—make her the CEO. If everyone in the company had Zoe’s work ethic, attitude, and dedication to customer service, Whataburger would be absolutely unstoppable.
Thank you, Zoe, for turning what could have been an ordinary meal into an experience worth remembering. Outstanding service, an amazing attitude, and a level of professionalism that’s hard to come by these days. I’ll definitely be coming back, and it’s because of employees like you.
