  I went to whataburger after having a horrible day and got a bacon burger. After I was given a tender meal, Zoe could see I was confused and inquired. After I told her that I had gotten the wrong food, Zoe quickly reasssured me that she would get it remade, and even let me keep the incorrect food. She was super sweet through the whole interaction. 10/10

  Personally I think this is one of best whataburger’s in midland. The service was immaculate, the manager Zoe made sure the food was great and provided amazing service. She definitely brought the atmosphere up and you can also see the quality leadership she brings. I’ll definitely be back!

  If they tell u to pull forward when u orderd ahead online it means your gonna have to get out of ur car 20 minutes later to find out ur foods been sitting in the hot box 2 times this has happend in the mornings also double check ur order before u leave management isint doing theyre jobs

  Bizarre experience at this location. Pulled into an empty drive-thru at 10 PM and the guy taking my order literally wouldn't let me look at the menu board. When I asked, he told me I could only read it off his small handheld tablet so he could "keep his drive time down." There wasn't a single car behind me. Absolutely ridiculous to refuse to let a customer see what you sell just to fake a timer stat. Won't be back.

  Here before work at 4am to get breakfast and the girl over the speaker couldn’t stop laughing for 5 minutes to take my order. Nor could she LISTEN! she asked my name then called me “TRUCK” like seriously? Then after that I told her I needed a breakfast bowl and she said breakfast Green?? And just LAUGHED and then the speaker muted and some dude had to take over. I was happy cus tbh she needs to go the hell home doing all that. Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve been here a few times and idk who they hired but it’s a bunch of kids screwing around. I want my money back. And my time. I’ll be updating this if the food comes out bad too. Do better in your hiring process! Oof got my food and look at this!!! This has to be the smallest $3 burrito I’ve ever fricken seen. Someone better give me my money back cus this is sad.
