The remodel is nice, but we waited over 30 minutes for our order and it was still wrong. For the time it took, we could have gone to a regular restaurant. We even ordered online to avoid the long drive through line. Staff was not friendly that evening.

People inside were RUDE and disrespectful. The water went out and the staff just ignored customers in the drive. No acknowledgement NO sign posted. When my daughter and went in they basically yelled that the water is out and for us to leave. POst a sign!! Lock the doors! Tell ppl in drive thru. Don't yell!!

45 minute wait time after using the app. Figured at least the order would be correct since, you know, the app has it all there. 4 items missing, couldn't even be bothered to remember the sauce. Food was pathetic, all lettuce almost no artificial meat sauce at all. All these 1 star ratings should tell you by now, dont waste your money on this "fast food" chain.

Hi everyone, I’m usually pretty level headed but I know someone from Taco Bell may see this. Help these people!!! The Taco Bell in midland needs a crud ton of help. The space is in shambles in the inside and needs to be renovate or is in the process of being renovated. Me and my wife ordered 45 minutes in advance and I had enough time to sit and finish my show 22 minutes knowing how slow it would be. To corporate or a manager or anyone who actually sees Taco Bell as a business that can function. Midlands market likes Taco Bell, this business could do amazing in this climate. If Taco Bell has any interest in working out in midland. Someone please help these people. I saw someone crying and smoking off the far side of the parking lot. I’ve worked fast food and this is extremely sad. I do not intend to dine a Taco Bell of midland till they want to fix a problem in definite need of fixing.

DO NOT EAT HERE, OR TAKE FOOD DELIVERY ORDERS FROM HERE. I was in town visiting some friends in good ol Midland Texas. While technology has advanced, new structures have been built and the city overall may have changed and moved into the year 2026 something about Midland just seems stuck in time. Its a time capsule but not of a period of time but instead of a energy or vibe, and no matter where you are at in life or how much time has passed you return and immediately feel that environment that you so vividly remember whether you enjoyed that vibe or left because of that vibe. It's something that cannot be fully explained in words and can only be experienced by those lucky enough to leave but now unfortunately returning for whatever reason. So I was in town with this feeling of doom or whatever you want to call revisiting Midland and wanted some taco bell. I ordered two potatoes soft tacos, and two bean a cheesey rice burritos. Which should take 1-4 mins to make, and it was dine. Instead what I experience was a nightmare that I must share as if it were my duty to share this information. I waited for 40 mins to get that order, my potato tacos or so dried out from sitting under the heat lamp they were crunchier than croutons. So my food was barely editable and on top of that I got three extra burritos that I did not order. They not only burnt my food, but then gave me someone else's food. They were so backed up a mob formed in the lobby while cars waited an hour in the drive though. It seemed like they had plenty of workers but they all just stood around. One guy "inspected" the fryer for 30 mins. He never did anything to the fryer, never cleaned or changed the grease, just sat there and looked at it. I was to the point of wanting to start a revolt and storm the kitchen to grab all the orders them seemed to be held hostage for no particular reason. Food just sat there, drivers for food apps waited longer than me for larger orders. It was the real deal time as a flat circle. No matter how many ppl showed up, or how much equipment they had they were stuck in a endless loop, doomed to repeat that moment and life over and over. Food was burnt. Took almost an hour for 4 tacos, and my order was wrong.
