  No one can speak English. You have to use a kiosk only to order cause nobody knows how to take an order

  Today was the worst service I have ever seen. We was trying to ask questions about a menu item , and was completely ignored.And the manger with the glasses continued her conversation. Will never go there again. After 5 customer service sucks in Midland!!! Ugh!

  So me and my boyfriend had ordered ahead this morning around 11, so our food could be ready by 1:30PM, when we went to go pick up our food we were told that they make the order when they get it, so I’m confused as to why even have an order ahead system if it’s not going to be ready by that time. So our food was sitting out for 2+ hours. So we were met with cold, soggy food, don’t use the schedule a time unless you want your food to be sitting for hours.

  Pulled up to the drive through window and went to ask the female cashier about one of the short hands on the receipt to verify my order and she ignored me when I tried to wave her down to ask her and continued on with her conversation with the other employee at the window. A third male employee who I assume was the drawer she was using pointed out I was trying to get her attention. When she finally opened the window she looked annoyed and acted like I was stupid for wanting to verify that my order was correct with the different short hand. I could have forgiven that even though it was rude and disrespectful if my order had been correct got home and had lettuce in the Crunchwrap I had requested no vegetables on and the tacos I was asking her about it had extremely hard shells like they were old and stale. This is not the first time the food has been subpar and was hoping those were just one off experiences but this confirms the people both in the kitchen and manning the registers don’t care about their job or if your food is right.
