This is literally the worst taco bell location I've ever been too, I came in around noon today which is 05/18/2026 and ordered to go a large drink, 12 pc cinabon delight, and large nacho fries i spent $13.07 the lady at the front gave me the cup for my drink and then I literally waited for close to 25 minutes so I finally asked what was going on i told her the name on the order and she said there was no order under that name juan H, so then i showed Her the transaction on my chase app that I got charged for $13.07 and she said it didn't prove anything if she couldn't find it on her computer i finally lost my patience and left, hopefully the manager sees this and fixes this cause 13 dollars for a large drink and a 30 minute wait is out of hand it not so much the money it's more about the waste of time. The reason I go here is because I take my nieces and nephews to the the park next door it's the closest thing to eat, I really hope they fix this
I never eat Taco Bell anymore due to the poor service that it seems every location has. We get this new location and thought I’d give Taco Bell a try again. Ordered inside on the kiosk to go. Sat there for about 20 minutes when I realized there were about 12 bags lined up on the back counter. At no point has any of the orders been called out. I walk up and sure enough my food is sitting on the counter getting cold along with every other persons order. When I asked someone to help me get my order that’s just sitting there. I guess I inconvenienced someone that worked because I just wanted my food. I guess I should’ve walked to the back to grab my own food.
Now, back on Taco Bell strike I guess!!!
Then when trying to get in my car, I noticed one of my bags was soaking wet. My food literally sat in that counter long enough to destroy the bag it was in. Don’t even get me started on the wuality of soggy cold food that I am now stuck with.
You would think after so many complaints on Tavo Bells they would try better but guess they like to suck

The only reason this gets a one star is because they only good thing this place has going is the atmosphere was clean. This is the second and last time I will eat here. We are a nearby business and so this could have been our go to but no never now. Both times we have gone the food and service was horrible. They screwed up on our order very badly. Like I am easy going and understanding but nothing was done correctly. Our pizza's were smashed so bad that not just the cheese stuck to the box but the the whole top layer stuck to the box. We asked for extra sauce on a big order and they threw 2 extra packs in. WT? Really? We spent $40 and get two extra packets? The food was cold and thrown together. I do not recommend anyone go here. You would think being a new location you would want to show off. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten at.

I went first to see it without any prejudice. After I went there I went to the ratings. Was not surprised. Starting off. There is no counter just screens where you have to type in your order. No big deal. I ordered my food. So did more people. We waited for a long time. Some guys were smart enough to go up to the front and ask if that was their order. It was. They just make your food and leave it sitting near where they work. I saw that and went up to get my food. It sat there long enough for the hot food to get cold and the cold food to get hot. It was a nice mushy mess. I took it to my table and checked everything. I was missing 3 items. I went back up front to get the rest. All the employees side eyed me and ignored me, and everybody else. I guess 10 minutes of being looked at was their limit until somebody finally came up and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was missing. "Oh yeah we're out of those" cool nobody told me when I ordered, nobody told me when I took my order. If someone takes their food without checking they are out of luck. "I can give you a taco" no bro I paid for a big item I'm not going to get the least expensive item. I got a substitution. After I got help some lady who was ignoring me the whole time walks up and asks if she can help. I said no so she takes the bag with the order taped on it. The guy and the manager make the rest of the food I bought and I ask for mold and hot sauce. They say they only have Diablo sauce. I get my food and my cup. They are out of Dr Pepper. I get Pepsi. We sit down to eat and the diablo fries are hard. I don't know if they are old, over cooked or something. Almost an hour later we are eating. The space is small and people have to scoot around people who are sitting. I can't wait until this place is closed down and replaced with a vape shop. I give it less than a year.

This place needs better management or it needs to be shut down ASAP! For starters, I put my order in at 3:47 PM May 3 and didn’t get it until 7:00 PM. I sent my husband in there by himself and he waited about an hour while he was in there, he asked if his order was being made twice and the workers were reluctant to tell him that they didn’t even get his order in. It wasn’t until I walked in there and asked them if they even had our order in the system. She then walked over to one of her coworkers asked if they had our food in the system. She shook her head. No, then she went up to the main cashier and printed our receipt. She then walked back over to us and told us that they were going to START to make our food. This is at 6:40 PM. I asked her how long our food wasn’t in the system for and she said she didn’t know. People who had ordered their food hours after us got their food before us. Adding onto that their customer service was really bad. I understand the stressful situation, but there is no need to give customers attitude. There was a worker from the small sliders, fast food chain right across the street that walked in through the front and walked to the back and started helping them make the food. There was no ice in their ice machine. No lids for the drinks, and they didn’t know which sauce was hot sauce. Now i understand if they would be backed up if you have two or three people, but there was at least 16 of them in there. Waited 3 hours just for our food to be wrong.
