  Super hit or miss, sometimes "plain/dry" means "load it up" and sometimes they just leave part of the order off.. at least the tater tots are usually acceptable but the rest is very 50/50..

  When i was ordering she asked me what drink i said no drink and i also clearly said i wanted tots and she didnt even ask if i wanted anything else and just sent me straight to paying and also didnt give me my tots just the main entree.

  I rarely ever go to this sonic but it was close to my moms job ordered through the app like how I normally do to get drinks and the girl who delivered my drinks my lid wasn’t fully on tightly and spilled all over my car when she passed me my drink she did go back in and get napkins but could’ve atleast apologized and made sure the lid was on correctly or remade my drink she kept giving me ugly attitude I was going to tip her until she kept making sarcastic remarks she’s all tatted up and even before she brought us our stuff she had dropped her earbud and kept rolling her eyes and just had a nasty negative attitude stomping her feet like a child I normally don’t like to write these type of reviews but if you don’t like your job don’t work there! Being rude to a customer for your own mistake isn’t okay! Do your job and make sure the lid isn’t falling off.

  I ordered on the app, on the app the $7 meal still has chicken bites and requires the customer to pick dipping sauces for chicken bites at no charge. I was not given the rest of the order as priced on the Sonic app.

  Ordered a crispy chicken and was trying to cut it in half when I noticed the knife wasn't going through. The bottom bun is so burnt that it turned hard. Reminds me why not to come to this place.
