  Pésima atención, le hablamos en ingles y solo nos oyó el acento y no nos quizo atender y no es la primera vez que vamos a un Sonic drive-in, viene la señorita que habla español y nos atendio peor, ni en español nos atendendieron bien.

  This place is an absolutely mess in the evenings If it wasn't so hard to bring out 2 drinks within 40 mins and then not get an answer after pushing the button 4 times they just kept taking me off and not responding. The night crew is not so good at having any kind of customer service skills

  Very rude! Nayeli needs and attitude adjustment! They don't care to work, they don't care for the customers, The dude that took our order was extremely quiet and could tell he just wanted us to leave so he didn't have to work or even be there. We asked to speak to a manager and Nyeli said she has no clue where he is and he's the one that took our order. All we said was we ordered a large shake and was given a medium. She said, "well you already got charged for a medium and there's nothing I can do." I have never in my life experienced such disrespect. My husband is bipolar and got extremely triggered. They are lucky I am not a secret shopper or from corporate! I will be contacting the higher ups on Monday. Very disappointed and hole this Sonic makes some serious changes on the ppl working.

  If I could give a 0 i would this place is horrible the food is gross smells like old grease and everything is so greasy please dont waste your time or money here
