  Great food, even greater service & an amazing Manager named Julio that helped us out through a couple of questions we had! All in all an amazing experience & I would definitely recommend it & will be stoping by again next time I pass through!!

  “Had an amazing experience at Saltgrass in Midland, TX! Manager Julio Reyes and his staff truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, service was top tier, and everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism. You can tell Julio takes pride in leading a great team because his staff was attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything was taken care of. The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the customer service and teamwork. It’s not every day you find a restaurant where the manager is so involved and the staff works together so smoothly to make guests feel valued. Huge shoutout to Julio Reyes and the entire team for creating such a great dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Midland”

  Went for dinner for dinner and was a little frustrated with the wait time some guy named Juan or Julio but I definitely think it was Julio came and talked to me and really seemed to care about to customer experience and somehow made the wait seem like it never happened will definitely be back

  Had a great time had a good server and her name was Alexis. R she so cheerful and helpful I will be coming back to eat there because of her. She’s a great server remember, ask for her if you ever get her she’s fun to be around.

  Had a great time tonight. Sat at the bar and had a filet w/loaded baked potato. I had only been here once before and it was a similar experience. Bartenders on POINTE! They were extremely busy but these two girls worked their butts off making sure wait staff had what they needed, along with ensuring their bar customers were, as well. Perfectly seasoned filet, cooked to desired temp, a good Texan red blend, and a huge potato. Extremely satisfied!
