  They never answer the phone at this place. I need to let them know about a food allergy and can’t get anyone on the phone. It’s pretty annoying.

  Raquel was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I just discovered this place. We have heard of it plenty but I'm obsessed. Miss Raquel made sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted and did everything to make my guest experience exceptional. We have eaten here twice in a row and both times the workers have just really gone above and beyond. The food being so delicious was and absolute plus. Ten out of ten! Keep up the good work.

  I come here often to purchase just bread to take home. I really dont understand why after ordering the bread, the employee proceeds to stand around for 5- 10 mins talking, to then take my bread and finally slice it? What are we waiting for? Applause 👏 why does purchasing a loaf of bread take 10 MINUTES?! Am I missing something?? I watched 3 employees just walking around?! What is going on?!

  I love Panera. Sure it's not the healthiest but it beats a greasy burger of mystery meat any day. I have been coming to this location since they opened and it is just such a huge disappointment time and time again. In other cities Panera is a top choice for a quick bite. Here not so much. Today I spent over 30 minutes in the drive through with just 2 cars ahead of me only to find out they weren't "doing salads today" whatever that means and the soups were sold out. They should have put up a sign before the entrance to the drive thru. When I mentioned this she said "yeah that ain't my problem". I don't expect much in the way if customer service these days. But they showed absolute disrespect for me and my time. The interior has slipped as well. Last time I was there it was super dirty and the cushions were all slashed and in disrepair. Clearly this location needs more staffing, training and better management.

  WORST PANERA EVER!! I was stuck at the drive thru for 45 MINUTES!! When I got to the window, I mentioned that I had waited for 45 minutes and all they could say was “sorry for the wait, have a nice day“! The food was terrible, cold and tasteless. Horrendous service and food. Will never stop there ever again!
