  Food is way too expensive for what it is. And they’re asking for Midland to give them money to stay open…… yet they’re only open 4 hours a day. That’s part time work. Maybe if they were open more they wouldn’t need a bail out.

  Food is always so very good. They always put plenty of meat on you sandwiches or Taco's. Very good food!

  My first experience here was when they had just opened, and honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth before I even tried the food. I asked the guy front that day which was the owner if I was supposed to order at the front. He looked up at me with the most disdainful look, pointed toward a tiny 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper hanging from the ceiling, and said, “I guess I need a bigger sign”. Maybe you do or did .But treating a customer like they’re an inconvenience isn’t the way to make people feel welcome. I decided not to judge the entire establishment based on one interaction and gave it another chance. Unfortunately, the food didn’t give me much reason to come back either. **Mid at best ** The attitude from the owner was disappointing, and the food simply wasn’t good enough to make up for it.

  Paid $17..99 for the half pound brisket plate. Not complaining about the price, im stating that the brisket was the driest I have ever been served in my life. The flavor profile was good. Brisket that dry should come with a complimentary beverage instead of toast. Im new to the area and have heard that this establishment usually is very good. The 3 slices of brisket and one slice of toast for a plate will never get my business again. Maybe it was an off day for this establishment, but first impression is the last impression for me. Wish this business all the best in the future.
