  Great Best barbecue I’ve ever had lived here in Midland forever and never tried the spot. Just tried it and it was the best come and try it.

  Seems every time I've tried eating there they were closed. Today at around 2:45 I stopped in to go inside to get something to go . Walked in & there were guys that had just got their food & dining in. I was wanting something to go for myself & my Mom. I was refused service because he said they were closing early. I then went to HEB True Texas BBQ, good food & great service. I'll never step foot in Pachuco's again, so help me God!!

  We found this place while visiting Midland from Denver. We love to travel and eat delicious food. Whether you’re a local or passing through, you MUST stop here. My husband had the Mofongo with brisket. Such incredible flavor and texture with the chicharrones. I had the kimchi fried rice topped with a loco moco. A delectable nod to the traditional Hawaiian dish and a beautifully light incorporation of Korean kimchi. After you order and on your way to sit down, don’t forget to swing by the salsa bar for cherry peppers, cold toasted jalapenos, and your choice of salsas.

  Hello! I’m a puertorican from Amarillo TX it’s my first time eating here and we love it I ordered the BBQ mofongo it’s not made authentic but made deliciously with an infusion of Texas and puertorican flavors all combined together to make it unique and very tasty we really enjoyed it thank you 🙏 so much!!! Definitely coming back.
