  The service is terrible. They're lazy. Takes forever to get your order even if you just order coffee. They're always getting your order wrong. Neither one of them speak English so communication is nearly impossible. I ordered coffee this time and have been waiting for fifteen minutes and still waiting.

  Honestly ridiculous. The fries and nuggets were cold like they’d been sitting out forever, and they didn’t include a single sauce we asked for. No straws either. We tried calling to fix it, and of course no one answered. We paid for fresh food and basic service, and got neither. Completely unacceptable—do better. One star.

  They dont care about people dine in, only the drive through. 8 am here waiting, a woman (manager) say the cashier machines doesnt work only the big screen but big screen doesnt show me the deals, finally I tols her that I gonna write a bad review and she came, complain about me, she said I should not write the review or she is not going to help me, so she used the cashier to set my order was a lie that the cashier machine was not working to order she said was working only to charge. And she said all that in spanish, I hope a supervisor can review the records and understand spanish. LoL.
