  Every time I come, the line is so long, never moves. And when I looking through the window, the girls are always just standing there talking. I wish it was back like the old days where everything had to be out within two minutes

  Literally ordered from DoorDash and I was eating my food gave my sister some and realized when she gave it to me that there was hair attached to the cheese on my McGriddle that is crazy I want a refund!!! And ik u can barely see it but it is like a white hair and my family has black/dark brown hair

  I am very disappointed in this particular McDonald's on Andrews Highway in Midland. They used to have the best personnel and hot food. Now...they take an extremely long time from the point of order to payment to the food window. With the time delays, food gets cold and frozen drinks melt. The fact that I pay full price for a frozen drink implies that I expect the drink to be as advertised...frozen. in addition I asked if the fries were cold due to sitting for nearly 20 minutes. The young lady made claim that no the fries were not cold because they just put fries out. Lo and behold as soon as I roll up the window and grab a fry I find all meals in our vehicle have cold fries. I called to just request that in the future just tell me the truth so I'm not so let down. Yep ..she hung up on me. Melted drinks and cold fries served with a side of disrespect. Ronald McDonald, your golden arches are definitely tarnished.
