  Love coming here for the Mango Fresco or regular sweet tea. Sometimes grab for yummy jalapeño chips too ! Also soooo handy to buy a 5 gallon jug from them to fill up for under a dollar every time!! Best service hands down we come at least once a week!

  I love their tea; best tea anywhere. Love flavors! Like this store better than others in town. Do wish the half price cups during happy hour would come back.

  Used to love coming to this store but after today I won't. Today I went in for 2 gallons. The gallons on the shelf were dated for the 22nd. It's just me and another person drinking them, so 2 days is not long enough for us to finish two single gallons on our own, and we know this. I say 2 days because it is 5:30 PM, so today is basically over, leaving us with only the 21st and 22nd.The employee who took my order said she could not do a fresh pour, but I said a later pre-filled date would be fine. She went to the back, came out, and told me they could not do that because they did not have any further dates in stock. They offered a refund, however, I paid with a card and my bank already showed the transaction as processing. I refused a card reversal and asked for either cash or a gift card so I could just go to the other store in town.At that point, they said they had to call the manager. After waiting a few minutes, they came out with later-dated gallons for the 24th and said the manager told them to give us those. They completely lied about their stock numbers just to push old, expiring inventory onto paying customers.To make matters worse, after finally handing over the fresh stock, they claimed they cannot serve me at this location unless a manager is personally there. I know that due to safety reasons they cannot tell me when a manager works, but in the past, they have already lied about when a manager has been present.There is zero corporate or store legal policy against asking for a fresh gallon; it just takes a little time. I pay for it, so I would like the freshest tea—especially since HTeO’s brand is entirely built around the concept of custom, high-quality, freshly brewed tea. I was polite and yet stood my ground for what I paid for. I hope corporate addresses this hostile management and dishonest customer service. I will be taking my business to the other locations in town.
