    Workers are rude charged us triple for 1 item and got in to a argument with us manager is not helpful

    I always have my own bags and have more than will be needed. I place my items in counter already grouped. I also ask the bagger to please not make my bags heavy. I get comments as”we can help you with carry out”. That doesn’t help me at home! I have the bags please use! Last week I failed to catch the sacker putting canned goods on top of eggs and this is just one example. Please take a few minutes to train your sackers. Also used to all of your store shoppers, cashiers, and stackers were very friendly. Now most of them totally ignore you, even when spoken to. It doesn’t take a second to say something when someone says excuse me, thank you, or have a nice day.

    I went to the store yesterday to go get baby food for my son and I trust H2 B, so I didn’t think to look at the date I found out that the baby food I bought expired on 1 July, and when I called the manager, he was rude and he was not worried that it was expired
