- ALAmber LevyOct 3, 20265.0We came into this location Thursday 10/1 and were in search for a particular spice. Couldn’t find it anywhere! We asked an employee by the name of Jamie and she went above and beyond. I have never in my 38yrs of living experienced such customer service at a grocery store before. She pointed me in the direction of where it should have been. I looked, but still couldn’t find it. While I was looking thru the store for other items a little time later, she walked pass me in a whole other section and spotted me to ask if I found it. I told her unfortunately I didn’t. She was on her way to clock out and suggested I try one more spot. Off I went - found it this time and she came back that way to make sure I knew how to get it (it was in the bulk, pay-by-weight section) While she could have went on home as her day was done, she stopped again and chatted and helped us to get what we needed. This is one of the biggest reasons we will, without hesitation, return to this store. She is absolutely wonderful and a great example of an outstanding employee who exemplifies customer service at its finest. Thanks again Jamie and we hope to see you next time we visit the store!!

They notify me it takes them 30 mins to an hour for them to even pick up my order and they had to let the workers know. Even when they follow the sign its take them forever. Do better!!!

It never fails, doesn't matter what time of day I go, they're out of gala apples, lactose free milk, cottage cheese, I could go on and on and (trust me) on... Nothing is ever stocked up, at least, not my staples.they really should consider stocking items at least a few times a day. Tired of making this long trip for nothing. Running out of HEB store options. Going back to my old market, not quite as big but a lot more in it.
