  First off, the food is very good. Customer service, well, struggled. I went through the drive thru. I had ordered on the app. The drive through is not well marked. It's a sign in the parking lot. You have to make the assumption...it is a menu board and it is behind the restaurant. You're greeted by AI voice. And you pull forward. And you wait. No one comes to the window. You're not even sure this is the window. They have painted screen stuff on the windows so you can't see in. After a few minutes someone comes to the window and asks my name, even though I told it to AI voice. The window slams shut. A few minutes later another employee sticks the bag and drink out of the window. And the window slams shut. I tasted the unsweetened tea and it somehow tasted bitter and and acidic. It was.bad. I had to honk the horn a couple of times to get them to open the window. I asked for a different drink and they argued about how the tea should taste. I drink tea and I know how it should taste. It was sour. I said it was bad. I finally got a replacement drink. Window slams shut and I drive away. I wasn't argumentative. It was an unpleasant customer service interaction

  The food is always good. The staff is respectful & the prices on the menu is worth the cost

  My family has always kinda loved Fazklis lol such a Quirky lil place with great food.
