    Just got done getting Dutch bros and the girl working the window was super energetic and nice! Definitely made for a great experience

    When I received my drink they forgot the soft top which was mentioned they added it on there with my drink already filled to the brim making it overflow. They drop the towel on the floor and proceeded to clean my drink with the same towel… yuck. And to top it off the drink was TERRIBLE.

    Not going back to this location. Faudree road is so much better. Well worth the 25 min drive to Odessa. These girls here today asked at least 10 times for me to explain my drink and asked if it was one of their menu drinks. I waited almost an hour for a medium Alpine freeze. It was not that busy, Very disappointing,

    I love Dutch and have been going since they had stamp cards. I recently moved to midland and have had good experiences until now. I asked for strawberry and banana soft top on my drink and the young lady with long braids said “why would they agree to make this drink” then asked if that’s what I wanted I said yes and she gave attitude and kept rolling her eyes. She handed me my drinks and when I asked for straws she made another weird face and in a way threw my straws at me and walked away…. To add to all this she didn’t even make my drink the correct way😭

    2 stars only because they were very friendly. I got there at 455 I was the first car. They open at 5 my order wasn't taken until 505. She opened the window at 503 after I watched her make her drink first but she also didn't have her tablet on or the cash drawer ready. She took my order and had to ask me multiple times what my order was while entering it and then again while she was making it. As I watched her make it. Double chocolate mocha carborator with coconut milk. She finished off a container of coconut milk and didn't have enough in her measuring cup so proceed to add a ridiculous amout if ice. So much ice that when she went to pour my medium there was enough to fill a full small cup which she gave me. Cool, but it tasted like watered down chocolate syrup. It's so frustrating to pay $7 for coffee and it's not right. Also it was sticker day she didn't give me one and I was flustered knowing my drink wouldn't taste right I forgot and had to return to get the sticker.
