The website says they dont take orders over the ph so when u call the ordering process is automated and frustrating all to be told "something went wrong please try again later" so upon going in persob, they were almost out of food even tho they still had over an hr till closing. Lady serving seemed put out that she was serving our food it almost made me want to apologize for bothering her. Not a good experience food was decent

I also try and be kind so I think that helps. People want to be rude and expect service providers to be nice to them! Anyways my burrito was $18 because I got double meat. This burrito can be two meals. I know I want to eat the whole thing but half fills me up so technically that’s two meals for $18! I also get all my sauces on the side so I have tons after that I can eat with chips. Service is always great. Even though they are busy they don’t rush me out and the food is always fresh! The only down side I have is I wish their chips were better. sometimes they get a little stale but that’s the least of my worries. I don’t know how this chipotle has so many bad reviews! Food is always good and service is amazing!
