- YMYvo MayJul 23, 20261.0This used to be my family's favorite location. It's conveniently located, but unfortunately, that's about the only convenience left. Over the past several visits, our orders have repeatedly been incorrect, missing items, containing the wrong items, and even including someone else's order. We've had to return multiple times just to get the food we already paid for. When we've spoken with managers, either by phone or in person, the response is always, "I'm sorry, I'll talk to my team," followed by an offer of free ice cream, cookies, brownies, or a drink. I appreciate the apology, but I don't want free junk food that I intentionally didn't order. I want my order to be accurate the first time. I also shouldn't have to park, walk inside, and inspect every bag because I expect something will be missing again. What I want is the quality service this location used to provide, accurate orders, fresh hot fries instead of cold, dry ones, and crisp salads instead of wilted ones. That's why my family loved this restaurant in the first place. Customers shouldn't have to check every order or make return trips just to receive what they paid for. My family knows this location can do better, and I hope it does.

Sad part is you can go right down the street to the chick-fil-a off of Andrews Hwy and they get it the first request! I will go back in for the 4th time tomorrow and ask again. Maybe I won't get a rude manager like the one that I spoke to today. DO BETTER!!! If you hate your job get a new one.

Hardly ever any place to sit. We usually get to-go for this reason. I go to all the chickfilas in midland and odessa. Sometimes I think they all use expired cones because of how bad the cones taste sometimes. Ice cream cups for now on.
