I got Mac n cheese and Mash potatoes with no gravy. Mash potatoes look like grits or oatmeal. It was clumpy and disgusting. Mac and Cheese was okay but it was cold. Chicken was dry and cold. When I was checking out the employee who must of been new because he didn’t ring me up correctly rang me up first at $10 and I swiped my card. They cancelled it because the manager said it was rung up wrong... the price then went up to $18. Jokingly, I joked with the manager....”I liked the other price better! Lol” and she looks at me and says... “I don’t... There goes my bonus right there” I am in customer service and sales where I make commission and bonus as well and the last thing anyone ever wants to feel like is a pay check or dollar signs. This was my first and LAST time I will ever come to Chester’s.

I questioned the worker and she wanted to argue with me. Worst experience ever. Not going back
