  This location is such a hit or miss…lately a miss. I used to live in Odessa and the one off Grandview was wayyyyyy more consistent than any of the Midland locations have been. Which is sad because I really like 7 Brew coffee. Anyways, I feel like I’m running out of chances. TBD.

  If I could give this 7 Brew 0 stars, I would. You wait 5–10 minutes just to have your order taken, and then you’re stuck in line for another 30 minutes waiting to receive it. If you’re looking for fast service, this isn’t the location to visit. Expect to spend 40–50 minutes in line for a single drink. Definitely not the quick experience you’d expect from a drive-thru.

  Been to other 7Brews (New York & Andrews,TX) and this one by far has the best costumer service, everyone has a professional and welcoming personality. My family and I have always had an enjoyable experience with the brew staff, thank you and keep up the champion spirit and costumer service!

  This used to be my favorite place to stop but after tonight no thank you! Waited 20 minutes in line just now and for the young man taking the orders tonight needs to pay more attention to the cars that are pulling in first!! How is it possible that 2 cars on the opposite side of me that got there way after me get there orders taken first really !! This kid need to pay more attention!

  I visited a couple of weeks ago, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. To make matters worse, the milk I was served was spoiled. While mistakes can happen, what really matters is how they’re handled, and this situation was handled very poorly. I also witnessed an employee with blue hair treating another customer disrespectfully over a returned drink. She was cussing during the interaction, and when I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. Even her coworkers were saying, “don’t tell her” Watching an employee speak to customers that way was shocking and completely unprofessional. After our visit, I requested a call from management to discuss what happened. No one ever called me back. There was no follow-up from the restaurant, management, or corporate. That lack of accountability was just as disappointing as the experience itself. Great customer service starts with treating people with respect, taking concerns seriously, and following through when a customer reaches out. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. Between the spoiled milk, the unprofessional behavior we witnessed, and the complete lack of response afterward, I have no confidence that customer service is a priority. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location based on my experience.
