The customer service was outstanding. The server/car hop was very polite and very communicative, no complaints about them.

When I have visited the location on Texas, 2 blocks away from the hospital, where I am currently employed I have received the healthcare discount. While visiting recently I asked for the healthcare discount and was told I would have to ask the shift leader, I was asked to pull forward when I asked to speak to the shift lead about a discount, The cashier went to ask her to come to my car. She absolutely refused. Wouldn't be bothered just very rudly said no scrubs AND name badge no discount. The cashier, BTW was amazing. I simply was going to ask if it was possible because I HAD got the discount before without scrubs because we work in the surgical department. We are not allowed to leave the hospital in the scrubs, we are issued scrubs by the hospital. I was taken a back at the tone and the disrespectful behavior. I don't visit very often but I won't be returning due to the rudeness from the shift lead/ management. If the policy has changed or I am not available to receive a discount that is all that has to be said. I was told to ask for the manager due to my circumstances, and she absolutely refused to come over to my car. Just verbally yellef no scrubs and name tag no discount. My poor cashier came back to my car red faced and apologizing, I told her I heard and no need to say sorry I understood. I appreciate her asking her to come out. Again I am not looking for something free and I am not upset there was no discount! I am so disappointed with whole interaction and making the poor cashier go back and forth and the rude attitude. You should really treat people better especially the staff at the location who is serving the public.

I really despise going to this location on the weekends. Not a single one of the new hires that work on the weekends know what a regular black coffee is and my order is wrong every time. I got him with what I ordered and the coffee looked like watered down very weak coffee! It was poured out and I made my own at home. I feel like more training is necessary for new hires. This location used to be my favorite in town. Not anymore.

Your app never works. I order in the app and get to stand and the qr code never shows the order. I has only worked the first day of release.
