  The food is always cold and arrives late , atleast 10 minutes or more late . Always missing the proper condiments. Dirty restrooms and very filthy parking lot with trash and grease stains everywhere. Very rude female hispanic manager in the evening , very disrespectful and very mocking to me the customer, I wouldn't recommend going inside for that manager specifically. The other works are very good and respectful, but not that specific manager.

  I can't rightfully address food or service, we stopped in and needed to use the restrooms 1st and that dictated what we did next, they wer not good, horrible odor that spilled out into the dinning area, in the men's the urinal was scary disgusting, my wife said the women's was worse, no details needed 😕, she had been looking forward to some good Whataburger and after the restrooms she said NO WAY! Hopefully some direction can get to staff and this is an easy fix, good luck and God Bless!

  Excelente servicio, Mr Berry y su equipo son los mejores, trabajé por 8 años en restaurante de comida rápida y es la primera vez que que veo un servicio tan excelente, vivo en Dallas y vine a una graduación a Mexia pero la verdad me gustó mucho 🙏

  We arrived a little after 10am. We were the only ones at the counter waiting to order. There were 4/5 employees back there and not 1 of them acknowledged us. The woman who I think was the manager kept her back to us the whole time. We waited there for 10 mins and no one came up to take our order. This isn’t even the first time it’s happened. A few weeks ago when we tried to come in to eat we waited for a long time and the manager told us she was waiting on someone else to get back to take our order? Like hello? You’re the manager and aren’t competent enough to take an order? This place has gone down hill FAST. This is ridiculous. Just tried to door dash an order. 45+ mins has gone by so we call the dasher. He says they told him that they are short staffed and don’t have it ready. So we call the restaurant and I give them my information they tell me that it’s ready but they LOCKD THE DOORS and won’t let anyone in to get the order. So if we want it have to come in. I said I can’t. I don’t drive. That’s why I dash. No care in the world from these people. They said oh well then. Called the dasher back. They wouldn’t let him in the door to get the food. Absolutely done with this place.
