Ordered 3 burgers for me n my friend on the app and chose curbside pickup. Pulled up and parked in the 1 spot , waited maybe 10 minutes before a guy jumpscared my friend and I yelling at us that they don’t do curbside that I had to go through the drive thru… okay… I go around and park by the window…. Half an hour later we get our food. Finally! Only to realize the burgers and buns are badly burnt , add ons I paid extra for were not there, (cheese, bacon, grilled onions, jalapeños , dipping sauce etc) and worst of all; No napkins! I usually don’t leave reviews , especially not for fast food but I feel the need to warn yall of this wretched establishment. Two thumbs down!!! 👎👎

Well up until today I was a regular customer at this location but that changed today. I ordered my food to go and when it was ready I grabbed the bag and just like every location in texas offers except this one I grabbed some sauces like ketchup and then grabbed salt and was going to get buffalo sauce like I alway have at this location and every location in Texas offers but they wanted to charge me for them and I told the kid working at the counter that I have never been charged for sauces and he said he has to charge for them so I requested to speak to the manager which was Jodie White a very rude and unprofessional manager. When I told her the problem she stated they have always charged for sauces and I told her I had never been charged the several other times I had been at that location and she insisted that they did basically calling me a liar. I told her I would be contacting corporate and she smiled and said the store number. Still not a problem for me especially with her rude attitude.

Got in the drive thru just for the worker to say “I can’t hear you” and once my voice got firm she got a nasty attitude and claimed they couldn’t give me a side of mayo and here comes a black male manager “then get out my drive thru” . Y’all need better customer service..

Breakfast biscuit sandwich 10:25 am,After 10min wait( he said making biscuits) the eggs were over done, brown on one side and dry, no napkins, drive thru. Will not go back. Some whattaburgers are yum , some are poopy.
