Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Bunch of kids running this location
Waited 30 minutes in drive through and when I get to the window, I was told my order isn't ready yet and the punk kid was laughing about it.
They dont care, no work ethic. Hire a new team
Or management. Something needs to change.

De los peores lugares, atienden de mala manera y tardan muchísimo para hacer una orden de una sola hamburguesa, los empleados afuera fumando y agarran la comida con los mismos guantes, NO REGRESO

Rerdless of confirming your order multiple times, they still manage to get it wrong.
My patty melt and onion rings were cold. I ordered a large onion ring but received a medium, and the container was only about half full. My craft lemonade wasn’t even filled to the top—it was about an inch below the rim.
When I got to the drive-thru window, the employee read my order back to me for the third time, yet I was still charged for a Peach Refresher—something I never ordered or even mentioned.
The attendant handed me my food, closed the window, and I had to flag her down to ask for my receipt. That’s when I noticed the incorrect charge. After I pointed it out, she asked, “So what do you want me to do, give you your money back?” I replied, “Yes, that would be nice.” She handed me my change without a “thank you,” without an apology, and simply shut the window again.
I worked in fast food years ago, so I understand how stressful the job can be. Because of that, I always try to be patient and respectful. Mistakes happen, but what isn’t acceptable is the lack of accountability and poor customer service afterward. Not listening to customers, failing to correct mistakes, and charging people for items they never ordered are serious issues.
This location would greatly benefit from retraining its staff on order accuracy, customer service, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what customers should expect.
