  The young lady didn't speak/English very well. However, I tried a new taco which was very flavorful. I wanted green salsa but she was out. The food was still good. I just wished they had beef fajitas..

  They are not ready for big order because they take too long to make. When you finally receive your order your food is cold.

  I ordered online (9:27pm) so my food would be ready when I got there. I got there in the time it said it'd be ready (10-15min). The female behind the counter didn't see me at first because she had already started cleaning up for closing time (10pm). I ordered the 3 taco plate - chicken for the meat, corn tortillas, and no limes. When I asked if there was salsa, she said yes and gestured for me to open the box. I'm glad I did, because the tacos were not chicken. When I told her it was supposed to be chicken, she read my order and realized her mistake. She took those 3 tacos out of the box, grabbed more corn tortillas and put in a pan to cook them. While those were cooking, she went to the walk-in and grabbed the steam table pan of chicken (that wasn't covered, by the way). She grabbed 2 tortillas at a time, put in the box and put the chicken on the tortillas, closed the box and handed me the bag. I should have said something then about heating up the chicken but I honestly thought "okay, maybe she JUST put it up so it's probably still hot enough." Dang, was I WRONG!!! When I got home to eat, that's when I noticed the limes and threw them out. Opened the hot sauce packets and got ready to eat. Everything except the tortillas was cold. Not cold like fridge cold but NO warmth to any of it at all. The beans were very bland and whole - I thought they were supposed to be refried beans. I tried to smash them up and mix with some of the salsas but it didn't help. Regardless, they were cold as well as the rice. And the only thing that was slightly warm, the tortillas, were not even cooked enough. I barely ate 1 taco, a few bites of rice and beans and threw the rest away. Very upset and disappointed to spend $13.30 + tax and tip for 1 taco and a little bit of rice & beans.
