  This is to the owner. I believe your employees are stealing from you. Tonight I ordered a meal. The employee came out and said the card machine wasn't working and asked if I had cash. I said no and she took my card and magically the machine worked right away. This is the behavior of someone pocketing cash and not processing orders on the books. My order also never showed up on the stall display. When I press the button to order they asked what stall I was at. The system should tell you what stall I'm ordering from. Everything about this experience seemed shady. At the end when I payed with card, she begged for a tip. Terrible experience.

  My drink was watery, and tasted stale. I sent a receipt, pic, and contacted customer service and no one tried to resolve or contact me back. Well that's my experience with this location and the online chat.

  People love complaining when they get a wrong order but I just got the wrong order and they happily remade my drink without a problem, that’s good customer service I appreciate it.

  Service was ok but the crew member Connie gave me the wrong food and failed to correct herself by apologizing for her errors even though other workers corrected her. I had to get out of my car and walk to the restaurant to fix the issue I shouldn't be doing it.
