  Margarit took my order on August 30th but she ran my card twice as soon as I noticed when I was there I showed the shift manager the pictures of them charging me twice she rudely refused me to give it back came up there multiple times she stated “you better be glad it wasn’t more than that “ very unprofessional and rude she need to be trained more or demoted because if it was her she won’t like that this sonic behavior is disrespectful and disgusting

  Wanted to give a zero but I can’t do that but paid extra for cherry’s and got none. Why take my money if your not going to give me my food

  It was ok. The lady at the drive through was so sweet and told us to have a blessed day. The other ladies in there just were not as friendly and we felt rushed. It was one car that had just pulled up behind us. She seemed uninterested or not there fully. I think the experience could have been better. The one we went to yesterday they were all so nice and he didnt rush us or felt like we were bothering them. Its all about customer service. If the shoe was on the other foot you would not want to feel rushed when trying to decide on your order. They just seem Like they did not care or even want to be there.
