  It was ok. The lady at the drive through was so sweet and told us to have a blessed day. The other ladies in there just were not as friendly and we felt rushed. It was one car that had just pulled up behind us. She seemed uninterested or not there fully. I think the experience could have been better. The one we went to yesterday they were all so nice and he didnt rush us or felt like we were bothering them. Its all about customer service. If the shoe was on the other foot you would not want to feel rushed when trying to decide on your order. They just seem Like they did not care or even want to be there.

  I went there today and ordered a #2 triple & the quarter pound cheese coney with no jalapeño & a root beer, so the lady taking my ordered barley spoke English (shocker) took it apon herself to give me a large root beer so I repeatedly told her I wanted a medium. So of course the car hop comes out with a medium and a large root beer but she was nice enough to take it back and took it off my order. So when get home I see my burger was falling apart, my onion ring were completely smashed and my cheese coney had a fist full of jalapeños dumped on it! But thankfully Mesquite has a few other Sonics because I'm sure not going back to this one.

  The Halfprice Tuesday sonic cheeseburger offer has never worked for me. It’s a massive headache and management struggles to give me a refund.
