  I used to love this location, but it has went downhill quick. The last 4 times we’ve been here, the service has been bad, the food hasn’t been cooked properly, and the wait times have been long. Yesterday the service was great, but my food came out with fingerprints all over the plates. I sent it back and it came back the same way. Also, my moms steak was raw. Very disappointed. We won’t be coming back to this location.

  I was in a bad mood entering the restaurant for personal reasons lol.. my server was Jocelyn and the manager was Erica.. service was over the top.. food was perfect.. restaurant was clean.. Jocelyn was very attentive the entire time. Everyone worked as a team and just gave an overall perfect experience.. being that I’m an ex server myself, I am very impressed 10/10.. Jocelyn turned my mood completely around.. I may let my bf out of the dog house now lol… Thx Jocelyn.. best wishes to you

  Two hrs no food ! 100 employees cold food brought! I sat there with a table of three , two beers and a whole 2 crafts of sweet tea. Ordered a burger , a pasta , and a steak & shrimp. I seen before that came in after us get served so I ask the waitress hw much longer she said she would bring it so 10 more mins go by mind you there's 20 people that work there back there conversating. She brings the food cold 🥶 all of it cold. So we ask for check for the drinks and tell them to keep the food the manger walks over with the food and we told her we been here for almost two hrs and she said let me give it to you so we just left this place is ridiculous how can u forget a whole table of three by the hostess stand🤡

  i like coming here for a quiet solo meal or a lowkey date. i always get the sampler- obsessed with the fried jalapeño shrimp things and the ribs are delicious as well. the service is always meh- lots of upselling and bad recommendations. the servers don’t give actual opinions on the food and can never answer questions about the bar selections. pasta is not their strong suit. the mac and cheese was shockingly bad, it felt like glue in my mouth and was very bland. nothing smoked about it at all.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Saltgrass today. While the food itself was great, the service completely overshadowed it. Our server, Jenafer, was unprofessional and inattentive from the start. She didn’t greet us upon arrival and rarely checked on our table, while we noticed her regularly attending to others around us. My water never arrived, and we eventually had to ask the manager just to get something as basic as water. By the end of the meal, we were left waiting so long that we nearly had to get up and leave just to pay at the front. The overall experience felt uncomfortable and, frankly, discriminatory. It’s unfortunate because the food was enjoyable, but the lack of service and professionalism made this visit highly disappointing.
