  I ordered Traditional wings with sweet chili sauce, paid with cash, and they gave me some woman's order of "Bone Out" that was supposed to be an 8 piece for her, which was a 4 piece. They messed up on both of our orders. I tried calling the store but I was sent to a line that answered as if I was sent to a call center in India. The store did NOT PICK up after 2 calls. I want my money back

  Attitude was bad,they cheated me out my money,they took out twice and charged me more than I was supposed to pay!

  This is my second or third time ordering wings and they’ve shorted me 1?!?! Why is this continuing to happen

  So i placed an online order and when completing the order after entering my debit card I received a message saying they are having an issue connecting to the store and provided me with the store number. I spoke with the manager because the money was taken from my account but the store supposedly didn't receive the order. The following day I spoke to the othe manager and the charge was no longer pending it was posted and they would not let me get my order or my money back even though the manager said they are aware of the complications of the on line order. Sad situation times are already difficult for people now you screwed up my entire Easter weekend with my grandkids. I was told to call the bank today on a Saturday. Smh.

  Rude employees, seems like they get overwhelmed when they're busy. Simple solution though, hiring more employees and better one with better attitudes!
