  I want to like this place. The food is decent. There is still a learning curve with transitioning to the Pappasitos brand for the fajitas . The enchildas are good and spot on. It's the service that makes the experience one in which I will not return. The price for the portion amount is horrible. I'd rather just go to Pappasitos . Major improvement needed in service and value of food! Went during Happy Hour also and extremely poor service then too, its like they intentionally go slow . The patio is nice but the service is limited on the patio especially during happy hour. And yes the reviews for how they regulate the salsa to 1 cup per visit are true. Asked multiple times for more and never got any until we asked for a manager because we never got the items we ordered from the HH menu. She verbally confirmed they regulate the salsa. Too much penny pinching on the restaurant side to deliver an adequate Pappas family experience. The best value from there is ordering from the kids menu or either Wednesdays for fajitas but be prepared to have the patience of Job.

  Sat at the bar was the highlight of the night. The bartender Anthony and Moises provided outstanding service, kept the conversation engaging, and made sure our drinks were always topped off. The atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

  Always a great place to enjoy food, drinks and friends!!! Guys at the bar, Anthony and Mo were just GREAT!!! Drinks were on point, food was great and… the bar area was packed; these guys took care of every single person sitting there and ones around. Also manager María was around asking and making sure we were being taken care of. Definitely gonna keep coming back!!!

  I loved OTB but I LOVE the new spot! So much fun and you cannot go wrong with the bar! Anthony and Mo are a great time and very attentive, not only to me but EVERY customer. If you haven't tried it, it is a must!!! Manager Maria greeted customers and makes us feel welcome. This is my spot for sure!

  Let me begin by sharing I normally don’t leave reviews, but the customer service we received today was beyond impressive. Our server, Moses, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He took the time to get my michelada made exactly the way I wanted it, and his attentiveness throughout our meal made us feel genuinely cared for. On top of that, management checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying everything, which showed how much they value their customers. The food, atmosphere, and especially the service made this visit exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend asking for Moses if you visit!
