After placing my order through the app, I encountered a long wait before my food was brought out to my car. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, 10 minutes after posted ready time and 3 phone calls inside , the food was cold and unappetizing. The app itself was frustrating to use and made the process more complicated than it needed to be. Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience and left me feeling unlucky that day. I only ordered two things fried mushrooms and the cheese dip with chips.
