  If you plan to come here in the middle of the night be prepared to wait 20+ mins for your food just for them to forget items

  McDonald's is trying to limit human contact with the kiosk system for ordering food. If this is their goal can they at least keep the kiosks in working order. Six kiosks but only one works, with only one POS register in the entire store this makes for slow ordering process and long lines.

  Ordered on the app; then we got to the restaurant was told they didn’t have what we ordered, but we’d have to get refunded through the app. Went on the app, which said refund had to be at the restaurant where we’d ordered, went back to the restaurant and they acknowledged it said that and that the reality was we had to call the number on the app (the manager stated that he understood the frustration because this happens “all the time.” Called the number on the app, spoke to someone very rude who said that I would be contacted for additional details to process my refund. Never happened so I emailed them. They emailed back requesting additional information to process refund, which I provided. Never heard anything back or received refund for what we ordered and never received

  I went to this McDonalds on Tuesday April 28 at 8:15 pm. The fries were old and they didn’t want to full up the basket of fries. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars for service is because the guy at the window taking money was nice and professional. I wish I knew their name. The manager on duty could learn a lot from them.

  The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and I have gone to McDonald’s for 28 years. It took 20 minutes to get a 5 dollar meal deal. Mind you they kept handing out order after ours. Asked 3 people about our order and when they brought it the boy set it down and when we spoke to him he just walked away to laugh in the back. No reason to have such long wait time and rude service will not be coming back to this location.
