  What is the point of the second drive-thru ordering station if you never use it? Please, PLEASE put a sign telling people to just go to the next one if you are never going to use it. People will stay waiting at the first station that doesn’t get used, and everyone pays the price with their time. - Hangrily, me.

  I wish I could give a 0 star for the McDonald's. The slowest in the history of fast foods. They hold you up for no reason. The person who takes orders over the phone even seems to care less. Absolutely treeible.

  Double-check your order. The wonderful teenagers who are working here couldn’t figure out a basic number-nine combo: two cheeseburgers. They charged me for one cheeseburger, one fry, and one large drink, all separate. The total for that waThis order was significantly more than the total for the combo with two cheeseburgers. I had to go back from the drive-through, park my car, go inside, and speak with the manager, who still couldn’t figure out the issue and was planning to charge me more for two cheeseburgers and a large fry. I ordered a combo meal, and it is completely unacceptable that it was wrong in every way — delivered incorrectly, rung up improperly, and not what I asked for. When I addressed this with the store manager at checkout, she simply told us to do it right, but the mistake persisted. I managed to get a refund, but I demand my order be corrected. It should not have cost more than the combo to get two fries and two hamburgers. This experience is intolerable, and I will not be returning. Zero stars. I will not recommend McDonald’s to anyone. I was led to believe I would receive an extra hamburger for free, then refunded, then charged extra, which was incredibly confusing. All I wanted was mustard and mayonnaise on my hamburger, but instead, I received only one hamburger, paid more than the combo, and left extremely frustrated.
