  Asked for fresh chicken nuggets and received hard stale chicken nuggets and they tasted gross. The spicy mcchicken tasted stale aswell !!!

  This location has been getting worse every time we visit. The drinks are consistently poor, the food is often cold, and orders are frequently incorrect. For example, we ordered a 10-piece nugget and only received 8. The Sprite tasted off, and the Coke was completely flat. This level of quality is unacceptable—what is going on with management here?

  I understand that some businesses may be short-staffed, but this location needs additional support, especially with the ordering system. Many times, when an order is entered, the ticket shows something completely different. When we ask about it, the response is often that it is a system issue. For example, the $4 deal for a small sandwich with a small coffee and hash brown is sometimes charged as $6.99. I do not understand why this keeps happening, and it occurs frequently. The team may need more training, especially on how to properly use the POS system, and they should remain professional when concerns are brought up. The manager is responsible for ensuring the team is properly trained and that these issues are corrected, because this continues to happen without improvement.
