    My protein 11 is disappointing, it’s the same amount of meat as a regular sub from your establishment. Do better as people pay for the food.

    I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the third time I’ve had a sandwich delivered and there’s virtually no meat in it. I stopped ordering from here after the second time but I figured ya know it’s been a while maybe they’ll be having a better day… nope and the bread was also stale. Thanks guys

    Do not leave your order w Karen. She will take your order wrong and then lie that she didn’t to the general manager. The general manager was also extremely unhelpful. I have been gluten free for 10 years and with my husband the whole time. I asked my husband to order me a tuna unwich, add jalapeno and jalapeno chips. My husband called and ordered for delivery. My husband is certain he said “unwich”. I told the GM over the phone and I heard her ask Karen and Karen say “he didn’t say any of that”. I wanted the sandwich remade and stated that the best they could do is 5% off my next order. Why would I offer to leave my house while I am working from home to go up to the jimmy johns to return the uneaten sandwich & get it remade? That would be a terrible way to scam Jimmy John’s. I would have literally lost money to go get it remade because I am an hourly employee and I’d have to clock out to leave. I hung up and my husband called back to tell them he is 100% certain he said “tuna unwich with jalapeno chips” he only didn’t say add jalapeños. We wanted to bring the uneaten sandwich back and asked for a refund for only my sandwich and my $6 tip. The GM said she couldn’t and all she could do is give a partial 5% discount…. But at this point why would I want someone who may have animosity towards me to make any of my sandwiches. That would be very stupid. They’ll prob mess w my food. Like mistakes happen but like this is horrible customer service and I got time today to contact corporate. And another thing if you look at order history from my address you would see that we order very regularly for years. It would be one thing if we had frequent complaints but that is absolutely not the case. I’m stubborn and will no longer eat here. And not because of the sandwich being incorrect, it’s because of how it was handled. Jersey Mike’s would never! Lol I’ll stick to them. I held a grudge into adulthood w Chili’s cause my dad got mad at them when I was a child lolol like yall suck for real.
