  I get my regular golden eagle extra sweets with caramel drizzle all around the cup and whipped cream. A gray SUV cut in front of me took my order when I got to the window they had to remake mine did not add my whipped cream. I’m not happy at all

  Who is managing this place? I seen 5 employees walk in and they got one poor guy out here taking both lines when the line is out to the street. They need another worker directing traffic bc the exit to the drive thru is blocked off by the line? It's not that hard to manage a line with the amount of employees. Get 2 people to take orders why would you have one poor guy out here smh

  I came up to the walk up 7/2/2026 around 9 and the girl That took our order was being rude and disrespectful like if she didn’t like her job i honestly feel like she should be nicer towards a customer I em completely unsatisfied:(

  I waited for about 20 minutes and ordered a blended freeze annihilator. They gave me a watered down drink. I tried blending it with the straw and it still wouldn’t blend. It didn’t even taste like the coffee at all. It was very dissatisfying as i was trying to get a coffee before work. I feel like this location can be very hit or miss. Some days i get a really good drink and others i get a drink like today’s.

  Not only are the lines always long and take them forever for them to take your order. Twice I’ve had the same gold car on separate occasions cut the line to take his order where you pick up your drink in the drive through. Meanwhile the rest of us are waiting in line for our turn to pick up our drinks this dude thinks he can just drive up and they will take his order at the window. This happened again this morning with the same gold car and I happen to get its plate number this time at 11:15am and I had asked the white male at the window about it and all he had to say about it was that I’m sorry there is nothing we can do about it. And that they couldn’t ban anyone from doing that. And I said ok well what is your name since your telling me that this IS allowed and that you guys can’t do nothing about this and he didn’t want to give me his name, go figure but was so quick to tell me that his managers name was Austin. He was a white male with short dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. I’m sure he couldn’t tell me his name bc we all know that is BS!!And it very well could have been his friend that he is allowing to do this which is definitely not right!! I usually come here every morning but will now go to another location due to the lack of customer service/ knowledge/ and unorganization at this location. The workers need more training on how to customer and how to follow company protocol.
