  Window drive thru lady was very rude it took her 10 mins to even notice me at the window , when she finally came to the window was super rude and the tortilla chips are very stale and not good overall do not recommend this location

  I stopped at this location for a quick lunch while visiting from Houston, and unfortunately the experience needs improvement. The line servers were extremely skimpy with portions — rice, beans, chicken, and even guacamole were all served in very small amounts. It genuinely felt like I had to ask repeatedly just to get a reasonable portion. The only item given generously was the lettuce. Additionally, there was a concerning issue with cleanliness at checkout. The cashier picked up a tray that appeared to have been previously used, with visible dried rice stains, and was about to place my bowl on it. That’s simply not acceptable. The only positive note from my visit was that the restrooms were very clean, which I appreciated. Overall, this location could really benefit from better portion consistency and improved attention to basic cleanliness standards.

  This is the second time I have ordered food from the Chipotle on Military in Mesquite and found a string of hair in my food. The last time I took the food back and got another order. This time I am at work and I am unable to return to make a report. They never wear hair nets on their heads to cover their hair. This is disgusting and I am sick of it. I won’t be ordering from this location again. Please cover your hair!!! A concerned customer.
