  So The limited time Protein was Running low in the front, So I asked if I can get some from the drive thru side, They told me I'd have to order online to be able to use the food from that line. How does that make any sense, Like bullshit. Definitely not eating here again if I can't get my Protein how I want it. Ridiculous, Do better. I shouldn't be forced to order smaller portions online because your store doesn't have food prepared.

  There's was something on the lids, possibly burnt, possibly mold I'm not sure but it was on all 3 lids of my order. I placed a pickup order and got it through the drive thru. The entrees were covered by the bags of chips I ordered so I didn't know until I got home. I ended up coming back to the chipotle because this is genuinely insane. Spoke with the lead who did not care either way which is weird because this is food service. They're micro pieces of metal in the bowls. I showed her. She said I can do a refund from corporate and I had to suggest myself to get the order remade. That should have been the first thing out her mouth. Then she just threw it away she never checked anything else. So weird. I did ended up getting a refund with corporate. Mind you this is after a Dasher stole my order beforehand. Just all around sucks. Do not go do this location it's a health hazard.

  Food is always great. Parking gets limited during lunch time, but if you camp around for a few minutes you'll get a spot. Service is a hit or miss at this location. We have heard a manager yell out "portions!" to employees on 3 separate occasions now. I mean in the front with zero regard for the customers hearing. That is extremely unprofessional. I have also noticed specific workers very annoyed when I ask for toppings on the side. Shout out to those employees who receive everyone with a smile and the best attitude!

  Great experience at Chipotle! I was in and out within 5 minutes, and I ordered 6 different bowls, all with different ingredients. The staff was quick, organized, and got every order right. Customer service was great, and everyone was friendly and efficient. Definitely one of the smoothest Chipotle experiences I’ve had!

  The drive thru is super slow often. Ordering ahead is supposed to be quick. I am second in line waiting 10+ minutes just to pick up my ready order.
