  Came here for lunch and boy what a freakshow !!!! Why is it that with a store full of people your establishment only has one person serving food, touching money and the cash register with gloves on, don’t change the gloves and go straight to touching ready to eat food with the now contaminated gloves ??? It was like a rinse and repeat cycle. On top of that there was like 6 people on break at the same time just eating away watching this take place. And then the meat was way out of temp like they did not properly reheat the day prior chicken. This establishment is going to get in big trouble with the city of Mesquite health inspectors

  Tell me why this foo took out a food scale and weighed my bowl to see if he gave me too much chicken, then scooped three pieces OUT of my bowl back into the tray… Chipotle this is out of hand. Y’all trifling give me my dang chicken.

  Ordered online food wasnt ready even though I picked up way after my scheduled time. No parking about 15 people in line for orders and 5 people for online orders. Also another 10 cars in drive through line. If you’re on a schedule avoid this place. Also make it extremely hard to get a refund.

  Called in and placed an order over the phone. It was an annoying virtual prompt that took my entire order and debit card information. Cool thing about this Chipotle is that it has a drive-thru. Not sure if it functions for regular orders or pick up only. I went through the drive-thru and my order was not ready. I was there at the appointed time. The person making the orders seemed to be incredibly busy making seven to eight bowls at a time. I was annoyed because I didn't have time to wait. Maybe this is not the norm. But it was my experience. And I was already running late as it was. My double wrapped burrito was poorly rolled. A ton of guac was spilling out the side. Even though they have a second tortilla to keep it neat. I also got a small side of guacamole. Which didn't all make it in the cup. A chunk of guac on the side of the cup. Food tasted standard. Good for Chipotle. Service and presentation wasn't that great. Hoping this was just a one-off.
